Vacancies at our Member Clubs:
Wolvercote Young People's Club - Lead Youth Worker
The purpose of the job is to deliver youth services and run the club for WYPC Trust. We are
currently open 3 nights per week – Wednesday and Thursday from 7-9:30pm and on Tuesday from
6 – 09:30 pm (with junior club from 6 to 730pm). We also provide 1 night per week on Wednesday
in Cutteslowe. We may consider opening on Monday nights in future, as this was part of our
original business plan. It may not be necessary for the Lead Youth Worker to work every night, but
it is vital that a structure and team ethos is developed, for which the Lead Youth Worker is
responsible. We are open to discussing working hours with the right person. Working hours can be
discussed at interview and are based around the requirements and functions of the club, whatever
they may be, and whatever tasks may be reasonably required by the trust from time to time.
